14-day returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your watch. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in the same condition you received it, and it must not have been damaged by you.

What we do not accept

• Watches that have been damaged by the customer, including damage from misuse, accidents, water damage, or attempts to repair or change the watch.
• Watches damaged during delivery where the damage was not reported to us within 24 hours of delivery (see below).

Damaged during delivery

If your watch arrives damaged, you must tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and clear photos of the watch and the packaging. If you do not report delivery damage within 24 hours, we may not be able to accept the claim.

How to return a watch

1. Go to our Contact page and send us your order number and the reason for your return, with photos if the watch is damaged or faulty.
2. We will reply with the return instructions.
3. Do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return instructions with you, because returns sent without confirmation may not reach us.

Return postage

If you are returning a watch because it is faulty, damaged on delivery, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. If you are returning a watch because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your returned watch, we will confirm by email and refund you to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach you, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will cancel it and refund you where we can.

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour or watch, contact us through our Contact page and we will tell you what is possible.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the law of the United Kingdom, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
